  • Sizing: Vintage sizes often differ from modern sizing. We provide detailed measurements for each item, and we strongly recommend comparing these with your own clothing to ensure a proper fit. Please note that slight measurement discrepancies can occur due to the manual measurement process.

  • Availability: Each item on our website is one-of-a-kind. Once an item is sold, it may no longer be available. In the rare event that two customers purchase the same item simultaneously, we will notify you and issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will be charged, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Klarna through Squarespace Payments. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and we do not offer payment plans or hold items.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Final Sale on Vintage Items: Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item has been grossly misrepresented in its listing.

  • Exchanges or Store Credit: If you believe your item was misrepresented, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Returned items must be in the same condition as sold, with tags still attached.

  • Sale Items: All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Shipping: If an exchange or store credit is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Custom Orders and Alterations

  • Custom Orders: Any items that are made-to-order or customized at the request of the customer are non-refundable and cannot be returned. This includes items that have been resized, altered, or reworked.

  • Alterations: We offer reworking services for vintage pieces, but once an item has been altered, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
