How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to ship all orders the same or next day, but as we’re a small team, please allow up to 3 working days for processing before dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! If you need your vintage treasure sooner, select ‘Express Shipping’ at checkout. We’ll do our best to deliver it by the next working day* (when ordered before 2 PM, Mon-Fri). If there are any delays, we’ll notify you by email.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Here’s what to expect for delivery:
UK Standard: From £4 + 20p per additional item / 3-5 working days*
UK Express: From £7 / Next working day* (if ordered before 2 PM, Mon-Fri)
Europe: From £12 (calculated at checkout) / 7-10 working days*
Worldwide: From £18 (calculated at checkout) / 14-30 working days*
*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays. UK and international shipments could experience extended delivery times due to factors beyond our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information where available, so you can follow your item’s journey to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. However, please note that customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility. Check your local regulations for additional fees upon receiving your package.

Can I return a vintage item?
All vintage items are final sale due to their unique nature. We take great care to provide detailed descriptions and photos of every item so you know exactly what to expect. If you feel the item was grossly misrepresented, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to discuss an exchange or store credit valid for 12 months.
What if my item doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable?
While vintage sizing can be tricky, we provide detailed measurements for every piece. If an item isn’t suitable, contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange or store credit. Returns must meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and in the condition it was sold
Tags are still attached
It is returned in its original packaging

If your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method such as Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ for your protection.
Are sale or clearance items eligible for return?
No, all sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. These items are priced to clear and may be shipped via economy mail, which may not include tracking.
Can I return made-to-order or altered items?
No, items that are made-to-order or have been altered are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Who is responsible for customs or import duties on international orders?
For international orders, customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local postal service or customs office for more information.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Returns must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
